magazine

our task is to create a magazine, front, back and 2 page spread for our own magazine.
for my magazine i chose to do something different from what people would think i would do. so i chose to create clothing that is inspired by sweet products,
to create these dresses i thought it would be best to find some examples of sweet shops and their products.

after designing some of the clothing for this theme i discovered that this theme was not good for me as i couldnt think of different yet girly clothing. with my interests in mind i went for a more darker style and started looking at sci-fi and victorian clothing

i found an image of sci fi clothing were they put lights in the clothing. this was a costume from tron the disney movie    http://tron.wikia.com/wiki/Light_suit

 

then i found some images of victorian clothing from online

i will be designing clothing with both of theses things incorpirated. i like the lighting in clothing but i also like the layers in victorian clothing
